Bucherer Fine Jewellery unveils latest collection

Bucherer Fine Jewellery has unveiled its latest release, The High Jewellery Collection, in a tribute to early Bucherer women, Louise and Wilhelmina, who laid the groundwork for the label. The collection encompasses six coloured gems and six diamond pieces which Bucherer said are “powerful instruments for its wearers to fashion a modern version of the empowered self”. Bucherer said: “The inspiration for the collection is rooted in contrast. Both the courageous Louise and Wilhelmina cherished a strong link to home and the Bucherer family, but at the same time the women stood their ground in a male-dominated world. “The frosty diamonds of the pieces are reminiscent of Louis’ cool business attire when bringing forward the family business, while the colourful gemstones recall Wilhelmina’s gem sourcing adventures in South America. Their drive and fire paved the way for the passion and expertise that shapes Bucherer Fine Jewellery up to this day.” source https://www.jewelleryfocus.co.uk

A Guide on How to Care for Pearls

ছবি
Pearls have been used in jewelry as far back as Ancient Greece. Their timeless appeal makes them an excellent investment piece that you can pass down for generations. However, if you want your jewelry to last, you need to understand how to care for pearls.  Pearls are stunning to look at, but they're also delicate. That's why knowing how to clean and store your pearl jewelry is key to ensuring it lasts. Here are some tips you can use to care for it.  Cleaning Pearls the Correct Way Each time you wear your pearls, be sure to wipe them down afterward with a soft, dry cloth. But remember that if you miss me between blog posts, you can always find me on Instagram or over at Instore Magazine. Last week’s post was especially exciting because I had the great pleasure of covering the 2022 AGTA Spectrum Awards Editor’s Day event in Texas. If you’re keeping track at home: yes, this was my very first jewelry trip in four years , the first time I’ve traveled for business since my chronic illness became serious. It was very different from how I used to travel – I needed wheelchair assistance at the airport, several spinal braces, a recovery infusion in my hotel room, and physical therapy prep before and recovery after – but I did it and I’m so happy I went! Charles Nobel to launch range of lab-grown diamonds

New Milton jewellery business, Charles Nobel, has announced the launch of a new range of lab-grown diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds are created by subjecting a diamond seed to extreme temperatures and pressures, with rough lab-grown stones crystallising within three to four weeks. Charles Nobel will offer a selection of lab-grown diamonds, with a range of cuts available and the option to personalise jewellery using the store’s Tailor Made service. The jeweller’s existing natural diamond collection is also being extended. Piers Bollard, director at Charles Nobel, said: “For as long as any of us can remember, diamonds have been the most coveted of gemstones. The introduction of lab-grown diamonds is now causing shockwaves in the world of jewellery. “The techniques and processes for making these products have become exceptionally refined over time, so much so that you need highly sophisticated detection machines to be able to tell the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds. My first Fellows jewelry auction. You might associate jewelry auctions with either eBay tchotchkes or very very very expensive museum pieces, but that’s a misconception. A huge number of the lots in the Fellows jewelry auction I’m currently browsing have starting bids under £100 and auction estimates under £500.
